30 Days Of Letters – Letter #2 To My Crush/Partner/s

This is a difficult letter to write, I don’t have a crush nor do I have an actual partner let alone partners… this conundrum is what has prevented me writing letter #2 for about a week know. But I think it’s time to quit procrastinating and just write…

If it wasn’t for you I would’ve been totally lost these past few weeks. Every time I screw something up or need something you’ve been there for me and for my boy as well.

You are kind, giving, supportive and loving, everything I’ve always wanted and needed in a best friend. You talk to me you share your self and your worries with me, which to me is a huge compliment as to the strength of our friendship. You also listen, you pay attention to me rather than being dismissive, you offer me un-conditional love and support, forgiving my shortcomings no matter how much they might annoy you.

You are like a second mum to my boy, your kids are just like his siblings. Your home is like our second home. After having a total frien-emy for so many years your friendship is like a cool breeze that really lifts me up. You were the first person to reach out to me when I was here and all alone, lost in this town and my life, I will never forget that.

I know how hard it must be getting used to sharing friends with your fantabulous girlfriend, but I do truly love you both, I love the pair of you equally and could never choose between you. I sense you may be somehow feeling inferior, or that she is somehow a better person than you, neither of which are true. You are each individuals, two separate people who compliment each other perfectly. Neither of you girls is better than the other and I really really couldn’t ever choose one of you over the other. So Please don’t ask me to.

If your feeling unsure or filled with worry I’m here for you, I will listen and love and be supportive, but I never could choose one of you over the other. I can tell you all the reasons I love you, all the wonderful things you’ve done for me and all the ways you’ve brought happiness to my life, but I cannot choose between you.

It’s not fair to ask me to choose which one of you I think is the better friend, as no matter how I answer I’m going to hurt one of you – something I’d never ever want to do. The 3 of us have a slightly alternative paradigm going on, which I LOVE as much as I love you, but part of what makes it perfect is that we are all equal. I enjoy it when it’s just me and you, just as I do when we are all together. I want to assure you of the equality, as I’m presuming you asked me to choose because you think I wouldn’t chose you. But the truth is that I choose to refuse to choose.

I love you and no matter how much I love someone else it won’t ever lessen how much love I have for you. One candle’s light does not dim when it shares its flame with another, rather the warmth and light intensifies. That is how I see the three of us.

I’ve seen this around on various sites, far too many to list actually, but if you google ‘30 days of letters‘ you’ll find a few million pages come up. I know that Essinem and not so vanilla have both participated before me.

I’m bored, depressed, and feel the need to sit back and take a good look at both my self and my life – some kind of spiritual growth is needed. To -B or not to -B

Decisions Decisions

Recently I’ve been considering getting myself a brand new FWB – or Friend With Benefits for those not up to date with the terminology.  It’s around 12 weeks since I last got to see my previous FWB, the one I fondly call -B, whilst I find it hard to believe that it’s been so god damn long, it really has been a long 12 weeks or so and discovering he had met a wonderful new woman that’s now his girlfriend was kinda difficult, but the entire time I’ve been longing for one last night with him. The opportunity to explore and experience things we never quite got around to. If I knew the last time I was with him was going to be ‘The LAST time’ I probably would’ve let go of my inhibitions a lot more and just gone wild.

At the same time I’ve revived enough of a connection with another guy whom I met online months ago – I think I’ll call him Tim, Enough so that he invited me to come and spend the weekend with him. An invite which I accepted on the proviso that X came home this weekend in order to leave me the car, thus giving me a way to go visit him. He offered to come visit me, even said I was more than welcome to bring my son. This won’t be happening, but I get along with him pretty well, he’s fun and full of life and maybe just what I need. Even if things go amazingly well I can’t see myself in an actual relationship with ANYONE at this point in time, It would certainly start out as just a fuck buddies kind of thing, most likely with much less of an emotional tie than what I’ve had with -B

After discovering -B was going to be home alone without his girl over the weekend I was already scheming how I could go about squeezing seeing him into my visit with Tim. So I find myself in a position where I am being offered that one more night, the exact thing I’ve been dreaming of for 3  months… Yet I am having some doubts, actually quite a few doubts, so I figure why not voice my concerns and get your feedback.

Latest & Greatest News in My Life

I’m still alive & kicking – well kinda!

Haven’t been around much online lately, real life’s been getting in the way of my cyberlife. I haven’t even logged in to Twitter lately to see what everyone’s been up to & whats going on in the world… I know it’s sacrilegious!!

I managed to get my left and right feet completely confused and missed the bottom step as I walked out of the supermarket & went ‘SPLAT’ like a starfish all over the footpath, groceries everywhere, coke bottles exploding and bread getting squashed. I’m sure it would’ve been a total sight.

According to the incredibly rude and dis-interested Doctor I didn’t manage to break or fracture anything, but the girls don’t agree. My Ankle has swollen up and looks somewhat like a squashed football, turning various shades of purple & blue. If only I had a camera and could show you – It’s kinda pretty in an ugly kind of way.

Anyway I think I may have mentioned a possible new FWB on twitter about a week ago. He’s actually quite sweet and nice, just a shame he doesn’t live closer. I met him online a few months ago, we got along well. He has great taste in music, is laid back and cruisey and there’s no doubt we’d hang out as friends all the time if he lived near by. Now another month or two later she spat him back out all chewed up and broken hearted.  Some women fucking piss me off – I know not all relationships work out, but what she did really stinks. Waking up one morning to say ‘I don’t love you anymore’ and then showing him the door. Oh well, her fucking loss I guess.

It’s not the deep seeded kind of connection I felt when I first met -B, but I doubt I’d ever feel quite that way about anyone else (There’s a huge long back story that started when I was 14 that made the whole thing with -B special) yet he makes me smile and laugh and feel somewhat special. But here’s the crux, I don’t want enough of a relationship to call anything committed, yet at the same time I know I’m never going to be able to just have totally anonymous sex with someone I’ve just barely met. Christ after months of fucking -B I never quite managed to let go and be as sexually uninhibited as I actually am, so can’t see it happening in a situation without any kind of emotional investment. Being insecure and having low self esteem coupled with I guess a negative self image can be quite inhibiting to ones sexual freedom.

I won’t be going anywhere for the next week or so due to my ankle & X taking the car just to be spiteful (Yet another massive fight with X last weekend) so I’ve got time to get to know him a little better and maybe even a chance to consult -B. Although I never let go physically with him, I can tell that guy anything, he’s like a rock sometimes. So that’s about it. I busted my ankle and am stuck high & dry & horny, hopefully this situation will resolve itself…..and soon.

When I first discovered the BeBe I was so ecstatic. I’d finally found an Australian Designed Toy created by Australian Women. If you haven’t already noticed I’m kind of passionate about both Australia and Sex Toys, so it was a total Win for me.

Under the pretty paper that’s tied with a ribbon you will find a very plain looking cardboard box, it truly juxtaposes the stunning jewel hiding within. The BeBe has the most luxurious, creative packaging and storage I’ve ever come across. Designed not only to carry and care for its cargo, but to also be able to sit out in the open without looking like there’s a sex toy hidden within.

The elegantly adorned “Egg” that houses your BeBe opens up to reveal the toy. Nestled gently into its velvet lined container, when you pick up the BeBe she reveals her required 2 AA sized batteries nestled into their own nook. If its visual aspects weren’t delightful enough, there’s that extra sprinkling of joy when you realise you aren’t going to have to go searching for batteries before you can play! It’s these small little elegant touches that give the BeBe its high end look and feel.

The Egg shaped Storage reminds be a little of an Ostrich egg, but with its flat base it can fit into most people’s bedside tables at 13cm long x 6.5cm wide x 6cm high. Mine sits easily into the drawer of my dressing table, nestled amongst my underwear, but she could just as easily sit out in the open as it is so discreet.

The BeBe is an external style vibrator, along the lines of the layaspot and other clitoral vibrators, formed from sleek shiny Purple Plastic that is both Phthalate Free & body safe.  Adorned with two simple to use buttons that together form a pretty heart, again form & function creating true beauty.

The buttons are both placed and programmed for easy, intuitive use. The BeBe moulds itself to both the curve. of your body and your hand with the controls perfectly aligning with your fingers as you hold it in your hand. To switch the BeBe on you just hold down the two buttons, causing a red light to illuminate around the heart shape of the buttons.

The two buttons are used to increase and decrease the speed and intensity of the vibrations. Unlike other toys you don’t need to keep pressing the buttons to cycle through the vibration patterns and intensities but rather you simply hold down the right button until it reaches the level you desire. It is also simple to decrease the vibrations by pushing the left button. To switch your BeBe off just simply hold down both the buttons for 2 seconds.

This is a function either forgotten or not cared about in a lot of sex toy designs. Often you must cycle through all vibration patterns before being able to switch the toy off, which isn’t something you want to worry about if you get caught whilst you thought the kids were asleep for their afternoon nap, or your flatmate arrives home unexpected etc.
